AN EXTERNALLY SYNCHRONIZED CLOCK FOR SATELLITE APPLICATIONS

Abstract

The report describes a system for synchronizing the output waveform of a clock with a pulse whose frequency is lower than that of the clock. It describes the system in general terms and details are given of an application in a satellite data handling simulator. Suggested modifications for use in satellite applications are also described.
