Abstract

The conference was an open international meeting where new basic research findings were presented and discussed. The six sessions of the conference addressed the following topics: (1) detonation initiated chemical lasers, (2) carbon dioxide lasers, (3) infrared lasers employing hydrogen, (4) near infrared tri-atomic molecular lasers, (5) pumping processes, and (6) lasing processes and techniques.
