INDUSTRIAL RECOVERY MODEL: BREAD PRODUCTION NETWORK.

Abstract

Analytical procedures and model correlations are employed to demonstrate their application for assessing the survival and recovery of bread production. Major elements of the analytical procedure include (1) input-output compilation, (2) identification of production constraints, (3) production and recovery scheduling, and (4) identification of data requirements. The industries constituting the bread production network are identified and discussed, and the relative production coefficients in physical units for the materials consumed in the industrial processes for the production of a unit quantity of bread are calculated.
