CABLES, WIRES AND CORDS. A METHOD OF DETERMINING THE ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE OF CURRENT-CARRYING CONDUCTORS.

Abstract

This document establishes standard methods and prescribed standard equipment to be used for measuring the direct-current resistance of electrical cables, wires and cords. The methods and procedures outlined are not to be used for equipment already installed. Diagrams of authorized bridge measurement circuits are provided and standard reference tables for temperature compensation are included. (Author)
