OPTIMAL PARAMETERS OF AN ARTIFICIAL DELAY LINE,

Abstract

The possibility of realizing a wide band artificial delay line on the basis of filtration of lower frequencies type 'm' was investigated, for which necessary optimal relations have been established. Lines of this type are used in units of correction of quadrature errors in video tape-recorders. The basic factors investigated in this experiment, influence the choice of line parameters and methods are shown for the computation of optimal lines, allowing for the realization of high quality direction units for video recorders.
