Abstract

Two papers are presented. In the first paper the following conclusions have been reached: (1) Using the 'pastening' method, the infra-red spectrum of alpha-Al2O3.H2O after it is treated under different temperatures was recorded. According to the spectral line position changes of the bands of 1000-1280/cm the aluminum surface states are discussed. The result is that at 400C alpha-Al2O3.H2O is transferred to gamma-Al2O3. (2) It was discovered that under different temperatures, ethyl alcohol changes gamma-Al2O3 adsorption structure when the temperature increases from 35C to 300C. The adsorption state tends to transfer to the structure of ethyl aluminum acid from ethyl alcohol aluminum structure. The second paper summerizes the effect of various substituents on the infrared spectra of 5 gamma pyridines. Using these relationships, together with other methods one can determine the structure. The substituted radical when the radical group is small. (Author)
