Abstract

The research for this period was mainly in the fields of applied functional analysis. The topics of applied functional analysis which were investigated in research papers were: Theory of vector-valued eigenvalues, Non-linear functional analysis, Optimal control theory, Convex programming, Mechanical cubature, Approximation theory, Iteration techniques for non-linear operators, Linear programming theory in partially ordered vector spaces, and partial differential equations.
