PHENOL-FORMALDEHYDE PRIMER.

Abstract

The Standard establishes technical requirements for specified phenol-formaldehyde primers based on synthetic phenol-formaldehyde resins. The primers are designed for brush or spray application on wood or metal prior to the application of enamel. Testing, packing, transportation and storage procedures are included. (Author)
