THE TOXIC EFFECT OF A LEAD COMPLEX WITH DL-CYSTEINE ON ASPERGILLUS NIGER,
Abstract
An investigation of the toxic effect of lead chelate with DL-cysteine on Asp. niger revealed that large swellings appeared on the mycelium. One of the substances formed was uracil which indicates a description of cell permeability in the presence of lead chelate. (Author)
