CONTROL SYSTEMS AT INDUSTRIAL PLANTS.
Abstract
A list is presented of automatic systems and equipments intended for use in industrial plants which were exhibited at a Soviet exposition: (1) A production program and control system which includes an automatic production recorder, a data collecting outfit and a search radio communication outfit. The radio system ensures a one-way communication with production outfits that are movable or do not have other communication means. (2) A system for computer planning industrial processes and scheduling the operation of equipment in small industrial plants. (3) A centralized production-control system intended for planning, accounting, statistical investigations, and optimization of production processes. (4) An automated system of operation control intended for continuous control of production programs at mass- and large-batch-production plants.
