ABSORPTION, DISTRIBUTION AND EXCRETION STUDY OF 14C-WR-5677 IN HEALTHY ADULT MALE VOLUNTEERS.

Abstract

Three healthy adult male volunteers each received a single capsule containing 130.1 mg of R-5677 containing 50 microcuries of the C-labelled compound. Urine and stool samples were collected over the first 144 post-medication hours and plasma and red cell samples were collected at intervals over the first 360 hours. These samples were frozen and shipped to the Christ Hospital Institute of Medical Research in Cincinnati, Ohio for scintillation counting. All three subjects reported nausea following the dose with 2 having vomiting as well. (Author)
