DESIGN OF AIRCRAFT ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

Abstract

The report describes the possible variations of aircraft electric power systems. It discusses the merits and faults of types of current, generators, equipment, conductors, drives. Numerous circuit diagrams show how to avoid catastrophy in case of failure of individual power sources, lines, convertors, etc. The most promising types and systems are recommended. An example of a draft of an airplane's power system is given.
