Abstract

The manual is divided into two major sections. One section describes the operational instructions, and the other section describes the computer program for the model. The manual is designed to provide Navy management with instructions on the use of the model and to provide the programming support staff with detailed instructions and guidelines on the use and modification of the model's computer programs.
