Abstract

A wide range of electrical and optical properties are covered in these data sheets on magnesium oxide. Particular emphasis has been placed on the dielectric properties and the energy band structure. A data table which includes the best available information on the crystallographic, thermal, mechanical, physical, electronic and photoemissive properties is included. (Author)
