ANCIENT ART TURNS MODERN-THE WOVEN CABLE.

Abstract

Processes and materials used to manufacture woven electronic cables are fully described. Presented are the trade-offs available to the packaging design engineer which allow him to optimize an electronic cable to his specific system requirements, and yet produce an economical part which is highly reliable. Specific designs are discussed and illustrated in the paper. (Author)
