PROCESSING CABLE JACKETS OF POLYETHYLENE,

Abstract

A study of the effect of die design on properties of jackets of low density polyethylene is reported. The procedure used in this study is easily applied and economically practical. A meaningful and rapid test has been used to determine residual stress in cable jackets produced under a variety of conditions. (Author)
