SCALE MODEL ANALYSIS OF BALLOON LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURES.

Abstract

The report presents the results of the water model testing of balloons, particularly of the more conventional models. An analysis is made into the causes of ascent bursts. The report points out some factors which affect model scaling. (Author)
