Abstract
Results are presented from tests on 5-fluorouracil inhibition of reproduction of A and A2 influenza viruses in tissue cultures, and also on the combined effect of adamantaneamine hydrochloride and 5-fluorouracil on the reproduction of the WSN strain of influenza A virus in cultures of chick embryo cells (CEC).
