SEROLOGY METHODS MANUAL FOR THE MICROTITER TECHNIQUE,

Abstract

This manual is primarily to assist the person working at the bench performing antibody determinations to a variety of viral and microbial agents. Methods are given stepwise and in detail for each test procedure. Handling and calibration of the loop titrator is also shown in detail. A small section is devoted to passive hemagglutination procedures, details of which are more difficult to find under one publication. The methods are taken from standard texts and recognized authorities in microbial and viral serology. (Author)
