HURRICANE SURGE PREDICTIONS FOR DELAWARE BAY AND RIVER.

Abstract

The report presents a comprehensive investigation of hurricane surge problems for the Delaware Bay area. Methods and techniques are presented, and are calibrated with available surge data, so that the computational procedures result in reasonable estimates of maximum hurricane surge for design purposes.
