Abstract

This document describes the construction and operation of an experimental Infrared PWI system developed under contract for the Federal Aviation Agency. The system consists of two subsystems: an infrared receiver and an infrared transmitter. Included in the document are component parameters and laboratory test results for the prototype. (Author)
