CRYSTAL STRUCTURES OF NbFeB AND TaFeB COMPOUNDS,

Abstract

The crystal structures of NbFeB and TaFeB ternary compounds were determined by the x-ray diffraction method. The structure of these compounds belongs to the ZrAlNi-type Fe2P type superstructure.
