IMMUNOLOGICAL ACTIVITY TO OMSK HEMORRHAGIC FEVER (OHF) OF SMALL MAMMALS IN NORTHERN KULUNDA,

Abstract

The serological investigations of 934 small mammals belonging to 12 species were carried out with the help of hemagglutination-inhibition test in the natural focus. Antibodies against Omsk haemorrhagic fever virus were found in 9 species. The hemagglutination-inhibition test was positive with blood of 7.3% animals of the North Kulunda natural focus. (Author)
