PHOSPHOR WITH RED LUMINESCENCE FOR VACUUM DEVICES,

Abstract

The invention involves a phosphor with red luminescence for vacuum devices based on yttrium vanadate activated by europium. To simplify the production of the phosphor and to reduce its cost, 6-10 percent magnesium vanadate is added to the base composition and 0.01-0.03 percent terbium is added to the activator. (Author)
