ELECTRON-OPTICAL FREQUENCY MULTIPLIER,

Abstract

Recent developments in electron optics in the area of optically modulated frequency multiplication are discussed. The multipliers discussed employ modulators built around gallium arsenide and gallium phosphide diodes and KDP and ADP dihydrophosphates crystals.
