NONLINEAR DISTORTIONS DURING MODULATION OF THE RADIATION OF A SEMICONDUCTOR LASER,

Abstract

Nonlinear distortions which occur when a semiconductor laser is modulated by a broad band signal are analyzed. These distortions are produced by the elements of the modulator and by the nonlinear impedance of the p-n junction.
