A DENTAL DATA FORM FOR USE WITH COMPUTERS.

Abstract

An accurate and rapid method of recording dental research data was developed to meet the requirements of computer technology. The form was designed to allow for recording the data in the sequence used by investigators in their oral examinations and for easy transferral into a computer for storage and retrieval. (Author)
