THE MILITARY EFFECTIVENESS OF NAVY AIRMEN ENLISTEES

Abstract

Studies of the military effectiveness of Navy enlisted personnel made it possible to derive formulae which are useful for predicting enlistee effectiveness. The report is of a study designed to evaluate what moderating effect, if any, enlistee membership in a specific group might have upon the validity of effectiveness predictions.
