THIN-FILM TWIN-T OSCILLATOR,

Abstract

Using HDL-developed deposition techniques, six film twin-T filters were fabricated consisting of alloy film resistors and silicon oxide capacitors. The filters oscillated in the range 1000 to 4400 Hz and displayed temperature coefficients less than 100 ppm/(degree C). Fabrication techniques are discussed along with planned changes necessary to meet HDL requirements for small, temperature-stable oscillators. (Author)
