THE OFFICER FORCE ANALYSIS REPORT. VOLUME II.
Abstract
The objective of the dynamic phase of the Officer Force Analysis is to provide a useable analytic personnel tool that will aid in developing improved personnel policy and plans and to exercise this tool in the analysis of various alternatives of current interest. This phase of the total effort will provide a method of describing and studying the problems extant during the transition from the current force to some future force under a given set of policies and plans.
