ONE POSSIBILITY OF MEASURING THE DIFFERENCE OF GROUP PATH DURING IONSPHERIC SOUNDING,

Abstract

During propagation in a nonuniform magnetoactive medium (the ionosphere) a quasimonochromatic pulse lags for the 'group lag time.' Equations are given which describe the situation. An experiment is analyzed which was oerformed to confirm the proposed ratio and effect of certain of the equipment parameters. (Author)
