FEASIBILITY OF USE OF NON-OCD SPONSORED LARGE SHELTER OCCUPANCY TESTS FOR RESEARCH.

Abstract

The research conducted and described in this report was to comment on the feasibility of obtaining non-OCD sponsorship of large shelter habitability exercises. A representative sample of private industrial concerns, governmental units, and local OCD offices were personally contacted to discuss the probability of such sponsorship. The proposition of the sponsored exercise was seen as largely unfeasible on the basis of responses from the organizations contacted. (Author)
