INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON AMORPHOUS AND LIQUID SEMICONDUCTORS, CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY, 24-27 SEPTEMBER 1969.

Abstract

A conference on amorphous and liquid semiconductors, held at Cambridge University in September, 1969, is described. Emphasis is mainly on the switching properties of amorphous materials and the possible explanations (such as the concept of a mobility gap) for their behavior. The observations are still not understood, and several proposed theories remain only incompletely tested. (Author)
