INVESTIGATION OF HIGH ALTITUDE FLIGHT ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS ON PURE FLUID AMPLIFIERS AND JET EDGE RESONATOR OSCILLATORS,

Abstract

Four fluid amplifiers, two bistables and two proportionals, were subjected to reduced atmospheric pressures of 14.7, 10, 6, 2, and 0.16 psia. A single jet edge resonator oscillator was tested at the above pressures at each of the following temperatures: 72, 210, 350, and 500F. The report describes the results of these tests. (Author)
