FEBRUARY CLIMATE OF SOUTHEAST ASIA.
Abstract
The report deals with the climate of North Vietnam, Republic of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand for February. It is essentially based on previously available data; however, precipitation analyses, ceiling/visibility, and upper air flow are new. It contains brief notes on the climate of Southeast Asia and the geographical features of the Republic of Vietnam, North Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. It discusses the precipitation, thunderstorms, cloudiness, visibility and obstructions to vision, combined ceiling/visibility, temperature, relative humidity, surface and upper winds, miscellaneous phenomena and sea operations. A station locator and topography map is included.
