GASEOUS AND SOLID STATE PLASMA DEVICE STUDIES.

Abstract

The subjects which have been treated are: Switching phenomena and high frequency instabilities in avalanching indium-antimonide; Low-field noise emission from indium-antimonide in a magnetic field; Slow-wave amplification in semiconductors with current saturation; and High-field phenomena in semiconductors in a strong longitudinal magnetic field.
