AN ANALYSIS OF THE BOX CAR GENERATOR IN THE COHERENT PULSE DOPPLER APPLICATION,

Abstract

A box car generator was examined for the effect on resolution and the signal to noise ratio. A type matched filter is assumed for the IF amplifier preceding the box car but not for the alternate voltage amplifier circuit. Results are given.
