USE OF THE ALGEBRAIC THEORY OF MACHINES AND SEMIGROUPS TO PROVIDE GLOBAL INFORMATION OF MACHINE STRUCTURE FROM LOCAL INFORMATION APPLICATIONS TO INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TO PROBABILISTIC MACHINES.

Abstract

The paper presents an investigation of the relationships between the minimal, global coordinatizations of the type of Krohn and Rhodes and the local coordinatizations of the types of Rees and the determination of the implications of these relationships for information systems and probabilistic machines.
