Abstract

The report covers in condensed form the program of research conducted on 'aptitudes of high-level personnel.' The central purpose was to analyze thinking abilities or processes into their unique components. The approach was through the study of individual differences in performances on intellectual tasks that were varied systematically over broad ranges of psychological functioning. (Author)
