Study of Pressures Recorded on Copper Crusher Cylinders When Used for More than One Round

Abstract

Records of pressures were obtained by using the same copper crusher cylinders for several rounds. These were compared with the pressures obtained by the usual method during the firing of pressure rounds in the 105 mm, 12 inch and 14 inch guns.
