DRAG AND LOSS OF SPIN OF BRITISH 3 INCH SHELL

Abstract

The drag coefficients of two forms of British 3 in. shell are compared to those of similar American shells, and found to agree quite well. The spin coefficient of one of the British shells is determined from drift data.
