EXPERIMENTAL EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AEROSOL METHOD OF IMMUNIZATION AGAINST MEASLES,

Abstract

Materials are presented in this report on the study of the effectiveness of aerosol vaccination with finely dispersed aerosols of a liquid live and killed vaccine against measles in comparison with the subcutaneous and intranasal method of administration. An ultrasonic generator was used to obtain the aerosols of the vaccine. Serological and immunomorphological reaction of the organism in response to aerosol vaccination is examined in the investigations carried out on guinea pigs. (Author)
