COMPOUND PISTON (Sostavnoi Porshen),

Abstract

A description is given of a compound piston for internal combustion engine containing a steel head with mount and bottom joined by the wrist pin with the piston and skirt, which surrounds the mount, differing in that in order to retain the form of the head constant, the mount has circular form and divides the bottom of the piston into sectors with minimum bending stress.
