AN ALGORITHM OF SUCCESSIVE RECOGNITION OF IMAGES,

Abstract

An algorithm is proposed for successive scanning of an image with delineation of criteria and decision making by a decoding matrix at each step. For delineation of criteria, threshold elements are organized into receptive fields of various diameters, and the decoding matrix is built of threshold elements with aftereffect. An example is given of identification of a set of letters and geometric figures by a dynamic perceptron. (Author)
