AN INVESTIGATION OF PEER-RATINGS VS SELF-RATINGS VS SUPERVISORY RATINGS

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate and compare peer-ratings, the present criterion, with self-ratings, and supervisory ratings. The results indicate that supervisory ratings would be preferable to self-ratings as a substitute criterion when peer-ratings are inaccessible.
