ONE METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF THE TYPE OF CALCULATING DEVICE DURING DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEMS,

Abstract

A procedure for selecting the type of data processing device, depending on the nature and quantity of variables determining the process, is proposed. The estimate of the efficiency of the data processing device is based on the calculation of the computational capability. Expressions are presented for the computational capability of the human brain, an extremal regulator system, and a computer.
