OMEGA PROCESSOR.

Abstract

An OMEGA processing system was investigated to determine the minimum averaging time that could be obtained with output variations that are not excessive. The processing system involved used sample and hold type circuits. A significant reduction in the response time (an order of magnitude) of the OMEGA receivers over those presently available was attained and useful position information was provided. (Author)
