OSCILLATIONS OF BLADES WITH A Z-SHAPED JOINT,

Abstract

Natural oscillations of non-twisted turbine blades with constant cross-section and closed with a Z-type joint are studied. The origin of the coordinates is assumed to be at the center of gravity in the lower section of the blade, with the X-axis running longitudinally along the blade, and the Y and Z axes coinciding with the axes of the maximum and minimum moments of inertia. The analytical results indicate that the oscillation represents a combination of bending and torsional oscillations, which depend on the type of joint in the channel. (Author)
