CALCULATIONS USED IN FOOD ANALYSIS,

Abstract

The more common calculations used in the analysis of food in one government laboratory are given with examples. Equations are set up so that data can be fed into them. The examples serve as checks for calculations and whether meaningful values have been obtained. Factors and significant figures extend the usefulness of the calculations. (Author)
