CAREER INDICATIONS AMONG JUNIOR OFFICERS,

Abstract

The document is concerned with a historical study of officer input from the principal Air Force commissioning programs, designed to determine the predictability of an Air Force officer's career decision and to evaluate relationships between career intent and various demographic, environmental, and attitudinal factors. Information on this group was compiled for the period prior to commissioning and through three years of active duty. A final analysis will be made with the ultimate criterion of 'in vs. out of service.' The report presents a description of the study and results from a preliminary examination of the data. (Author)
